The Big Winner!!! Come On Down!!

Good morning my fellow bloggers!!  I just want you to know that I have found a winner for my giveaway.  Before I relay the good news, let me first say thank you for being my blogging friends!  If it wasn't for all the encouragement and inspiration you give me, I don't think I would have done as many projects as I have and the need to do more!!

Okay enough mushy talk!  I copied all the comments into Excel (since that is my forte) and broke out those that didn't do independent comments to make sure everyone had their proper amount of entries!!  I came up with 68 legitimate comments and I used to determine that #26 is the winner, which is Sue (Someone's Mom)!!  Congratulations, Sue!! Here is Sue's comment!

Congrats on the milestone! If money were no object...the Buhler Furniture Modesto Credenza Fireplace would be mine. It holds the televison and has that fireplace that I miss so much!

  4. Hi Bonnie. Thanks for your nice comments on my Blue Willow tablescape. To answer your questions, I use three tables and put them end to end. I put both leaves in my dining room table, use a 10' folding table (weighs 2,000 lbs :) and takes 3 men to haul up from the basement) and a lighterweight folding table. This year I had to add a card table. Each has it's own tablecloth, but they are black and my floor is dark so it's hard to tell where they the tables meet. My dining room and living room are largely open and only separated by columns so the tables start (almost too close to the fireplace) in the dining room and go right to the piano on the other end in the living room. In fact, someone sits on the piano bench. Chairs are a bigger concern than tables. Fortunately, my Dad is retired and now works part-time as a greeter at a local funeral home so they let him borrow chairs every year. They are wooden and compact yet sturdy. Plus, they are similar stain to my dining chairs and look nicer than metal folding chairs. I won't even go into the eclectic collection of flatware I end up using. Sorry for the long comment. Merry Christmas and I've enjoyed being your follower this past year.

  5. Oh you have given Christmas early! How fun.

  6. What a fab give away! Congrats to Sue.

I know how busy you are and appreciate that you are taking the time to leave me a comment! God Bless! Bonnie
